It seems like we are always posting pictures of our children without Adam or I in it so I decided to post some family pictures.

Labor Day Weekend

We had a great Labor Day Weekend as a family.  We didn't really do much, it was just fun to spend time together.

On Labor Day we all went to dinner and then to Putt-Putt.  It was a fun night.

Kenzie loving her daddy...Adam helped the kids while I got to eat...we decided for the next few years we will either do a date night or just go to McDonalds...it just isn't worth it.

The life of a parent...Adam played like this for 2/3 of the game.  I forgot my carrier, so we had to hold Tanner.

About that last post...

Forget everything I said about a good night....it was not such a good night.

Kenz didn't REALLY go to bed until 10 because she was reading and wouldn't go to bed.

And then at 2 she woke up cause she had wet the bed and was yelling at me.  I changed her and the sheet, she went right back to bed, but then Tanner woke up to eat.  he went to sleep for about 2 1/2 more hours and then was up for the day.

Needless to say...I am tired and going to bed!

Good Night

Both of our kids just went to sleep on their own!

Tanner was fed at 7:30 and then I laid him in his crib and I only had to go put his binkie in twice...and he fell asleep on his own.

Mackenzie...just had to read a book, sing a few songs and say goodnight.

Now it is 8:30 and both kids are asleep.  The only thing that would make it better is if Adam were home...he is in Colorado Springs for work this week.  I could get used to this whole having my night to do what I want.  I really hope they continue to go to bed this early and this easily!!!
