Silly

Ok so this picture cracked me up. We were ready for bed, and she saw my camera. She kept saying cheese, cheese, cheese, so I turned on my camera and this is what she did for me.

My "big girl" doesn't think she needs her high chair anymore. If I try to put her in she just kicks her feet so I can't get her down into the seat. So we got a booster seat so she could be a big girl. And here are some cute picks of her when she was ready to get out.

And these are two videos of her that I just thought were cute. And yes, she says please a lot when she wants things, we are just working on getting her to say thank you once she gets what she wants.

Playing in the bed!

We were over at our friend's house this past Saturday night for a BBQ and Mackenzie and Ethan always run off to his toddler room to play with all his toys. That is their "safe" room where we know we don't have to constantly watch them and they won't get in trouble. It got a little too quiet though, so I went to see what they were doing and this is what I found. They were cuddled up on his toddler bed.

Yes, she is laying on his head.

And they were playing with a computer.

And the other day she wanted to "help" make our bed, and that meant she wanted to be on the bed to help. So went to get the pillows and I turned around and she had climbed in our sheets!

Dancing with Kenzie

So tonight after dinner Mackenzie wanted to dance, which isn't unusual. She says dance and then swings her arms as fast as she can until we turn on music. She just loves it....

Well this is her tonight....

Her jumping dance...bt she got distracted when she saw the camera. She always "smiles" when she sees it.

And in this one she got a little dizzy. Watch her head when she goes to pick up her "dinky" after she throws it the first time.

The dress Mackenzie got from Gigi at Christmas! Yeah, she wouldn't be serious and her hair isn't ready for church yet.

Our Yard

So we have been working on our backyard trying to clear EVERYTHING out. The previous owners just let everything grow and didn't take care of it...so it left us with a TON of work. We have gotten started, but we have SOOO much more. We are just tearing everything out so we can start from scratch cause everything is so gross.

So here is before...

This is the back of our house...

The back of our house alllll clean! Now we just have to dig out all the roots and stumps left behind...we will get to that very soon.

This is in the back corner of our yard...The shed will be painted at some point...it actually is nice inside it just looks gross on the outside. And the cement patio thing beside it was covers in overgrowth...so that is clean and will at some point be an awesome fire pit area!

And this is also an after shot. Adam ripped out a fenced area. The place between the patio and the yard (right behind Kenzie's slide had a wooden fence just like you can still see in te picture. He ripped it out (with his bare hands may I add...) to make it look so much more open!

YAY!!!!

And lastly, this is our white trash area of our backyard. This is on the patio and it is what we have ripped out so far. Well actually 1/2 the other 1/2 is on the side of our house. Yeah, we need to get a dumpster soon!
